Lightning Boy Shader - Beginner Guide

If you were considering buying the Lightning Boy Shader, but were on the fence because you felt it might be a bit too complex, now is the best moment to jump in! Thomas has recorded a brand new Lightning Boy Shader - Beginner Guide. This 1-hour video includes modeling and toon shading tips that will show you best practices when using the shader and answer multiple questions we've been getting from users.

2.1.3 Update
For all current users, we're happy to announce that the shader is now compatible with Blender 3.2. Many have noticed a color shift with the new version of Blender. This is now fixed with LBS 2.1.3. We also fixed a bug with the Keylight node where changing the light source didn't refresh automatically in the scene.

The steps to upgrade to the new shader are the same as before:

Remove the old shader from your Add-on Preferences.
Close Blender
Install the new 2.1.3 version, downloaded from your Gumroad account
To update an existing scene, also click Update Outdated Nodes in the LBS panel.
